I thought I’d post some links to videos I’ve found on YouTube that’ve been helpful to me for exploring psychedelics and microdosing. Before I’d ever taken a psychedelic for the first time, I spent a lot of time listening to Terence McKenna, Alan Watts, and Ram Dass as well as others. I believe this helped to prepare me very well for my first psychedelic experience, much more so than what I’d read, even by authors known for their knowledge on the subject.
I still find myself regularly returning to these excerpts of lectures given all those years ago because they help to expand my understanding, integrate my experiences, and remind me of the psychedelic feeling when I’m not under the influence of a psychedelic or microdose. I enjoy listening to them on low doses as well.
